Lakeview Shores Courtesy Rules

When using the access lots, please abide by the following:

• Clean up! Leave the area better than you found it.

• Not working and deteriorating vehicles are not to be left on these lots.

• Non marine type vehicles or trailers are not to be stored on these lots.

• Lock the chain upon entering and exiting each lot.

• If launching a boat, please yield to swimmers. If swimming, please move to allow boat launching.

• Park and store trailers at your own risk. You need a green tag on the trailer so we know it belongs to a resident, with the owner's last name written on the tag.

• If you use rocks or wood blocks to prevent trailer from rolling, please remove them when you move your trailer. Left behind, these items can cause serious damage to mowing equipment.

• No dumping!

• No overnight parking. Cars on access lot and boats in the water should not be left unattended.

• Areas around trailers should be kept free of trash and cleared for mowing and other maintenance. Please keep grass under your trailer trimmed.
